Workstations that accesses SafeHaven are subject to additional security controls. It will only allow users  in the AD group 'SafeHaven-Client-PCs-Users' to logon. When scrapping they should be sent to DC&M for correct disposal of the hard drive. Any replacement PC's should have a blue SafeHaven asset tag applied and added to the AD group 'SafeHaven-Client-PCs'. Any queries on this should be sent to Katie Wilde in the first instance.

There are 2 AD groups that relate to Safehaven device and user access. 'Safehaven-Client-PCs-Users' + 'SafeHaven-Client-PCs' and the group policy that lists the devices that the Safehaven-Client-PCs-Users restricts is called OU-C-Safehaven-restricted login-v1.0-04012019 - the PCs need to be added to both the 'SafeHaven-Client-PCs' and OU-C-Safehaven-restricted login-v1.0-04012019 for the restricted users list to apply.

The "Transfer Box" MD-054536 is used for transferring dash data from HNS G to Safehaven, as they are not allowed to transfer directly from the NHS systems. Uses a Bomgar Client (Beyond Trust Remote Support) which allows access to NHS network to move files across to UOA. Once into the Safehaven the files are cut and pasted from the transfer box C:Drive to a network share which the user can then RDP onto a Safehaven device to access. NHS information governance won't allow a direct connection to a Safehaven device.
