Firstly, please ensure that you are signed in, using your university username followed by @abdn.ac.uk (e.g. [email protected]) and your password.

 

If the issue persists, please try the following:

  • Close and reopen your web browser.
  • Clear the cookies and cache in your web browser. To find out how to do this please see our solution article on clearing cookies and cache in web browsers.
  • Use your web browser's private / incognito mode, again from within the Settings of your web browser.
  • Use a different web browser, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari.
