Only staff creating or distributing documents and forms that need to be signed electronically by others, or who need to automate digital document workflows (including forms, approvals, and certified document delivery across devices) should request Adobe Sign.  Note that your request may need to be approved by your line manager.

Alternative options

  • You do not need Adobe Sign to sign a document. You can use Fill & Sign in Acrobat Reader DC, Acrobat DC, or the free Adobe Fill & Sign mobile app. See our web page for guidance.

Students (UGs and PGTs) 

  • Unfortunately, we do not have a student license for Adobe Sign.
  • There are a limited number of on-campus computers that have access to Adobe CC software.
