Significant network hardware upgrades will take place across the University data centres over two scheduled weekends:

• Saturday 18 July & Sunday 19 July - Data Centre 2, Garthdee
• Saturday 25 July & Sunday 26 July - Data Centre 1, Edward Wright 

All IT services including the web service and WiFi network are at risk, and you may see an outage on Saturday 18 July and Saturday 25 July. 

We expect the work to be completed on the Saturday in each case, however there is an ‘at risk’ into the Sunday should additional time be required.
